CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

By purchasing from VB Peptides, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary knowledge, training, equipment, and facilities to safely handle these

Products shall not be used, marketed, purchased, discussed, or requested for any human or animal use, including but not limited to therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, nutritional, supplement, cosmetic, wellness, bodybuilding, weight-loss, anti-aging, fertility, sexual health, aesthetic, or performance enhancement purposes. Any customer communication suggesting such use may result in refusal of sale, cancellation of orders, account termination, and inclusion on our restricted customer list.

BLACKLIST – ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

Any communication by the Customer which leads us to believe that the Customer will use or intends to use our products in a manner other than that for which they are intended will result in a “Refusal to Sell” alert or a “Blacklist” email being sent to the Customer. This means the Customer will no longer be able to make purchases on the Website. All collected information will be added to our internal “Banned” database, which every order is checked against. If the Customer receives a ban, it is permanent. VB Peptides will not, under any circumstances, tolerate the misuse of the Website or the products sold on the Website.

The following Prohibited Uses will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban:

• Human or animal consumption;
• Diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications;
• Compounding under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act;
• Performance enhancement or aesthetic purposes;

Please note that the foregoing list is not exhaustive, and VB Peptides reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s account at any time, with or without notice, if the Customer violates these Terms or if we believe the Customer has violated or intends to violate these Terms.

NO GUIDANCE; AFFILIATION

VB Peptides assumes that the Customer is familiar with the products being purchased, and does not provide any type of guidelines or suggestions regarding use of the products. If a Customer asks us for such information, then the Customer will be answered with a “Refusal to Provide Guidelines” email. The Customer acknowledges that any request for usage guidelines may be considered evidence of lack of qualification and may result in order cancellation and/or account termination.

The Customer represents and warrants that the Customer is affiliated with a laboratory, institution, university, or other research-based facility which is purchasing and using the products sold by VB Peptides for research purposes only. VB Peptides reserves the right to perform due diligence screening upon receiving an order, and VB Peptides, in its sole and absolute discretion, may require verification of affiliation prior to order fulfillment. The Customer agrees to provide such verification within five (5) business days of request. Failure to provide verification within this timeframe shall result in automatic order cancellation without refund of any deposits or fees paid.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

Unless otherwise specified, the Customer’s use of the Website is governed by these Terms. In using the Website, the Customer is prohibited from modifying, distributing, transmitting, reproducing, publishing, licensing, transferring, or selling any information, products, or services obtained or viewed on the Website. The Customer may, however, display, download, or print hard copies of any material contained on the Website for the Customer’s own internal, non-commercial research use, as long as the Customer does not modify the content or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice. Any other use of the information contained on the Website is prohibited without our express prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

From time to time, we may remove the Website for indefinite periods of time without notice to the Customer. The Customer’s use of, or inability to use, the Website is at the Customer’s sole risk. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

The Customer agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information, including payment and contact information, for all purchases made on the Website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including after payment has been received. In the event of order cancellation, our sole obligation shall be to refund the purchase price paid, and we shall have no liability for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Order Acceptance

The Customer’s purchase order constitutes an offer. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in USD, unless otherwise specified. Prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. The Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes.

Payment Methods

Payment Terms

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders are non-cancellable once payment is processed. We do not accept refunds, except on products with verified manufacturing defects. Late payments accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

Chargeback Policy

If the Customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting [support@vbpeptides.com] in writing and allowing VB Peptides thirty (30) business days to investigate and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith, the Customer agrees that such action may be considered a material breach of these Terms, and VB Peptides reserves the right to pursue the following remedies:

• Immediate account termination
• Collections proceedings, including attorneys’ fees
• A $2,500 liquidated damages fee
• Reporting to regulatory authorities

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Delivery Restrictions; Force Majeure

VB Peptides shall not be liable for delays, losses, or costs associated with acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, supplier failures, failed delivery attempts, carrier errors, weather events, reshipments that result directly from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Customer at checkout, or other events outside our reasonable control. VB Peptides shall not be responsible to notify the Customer in the event of such delays or of any apparent address issues prior to shipment, though it may do so as a courtesy. The Customer shall be solely responsible to make other arrangements to purchase alternative products and cover any costs incurred in connection with such purchases. In the event of a force majeure lasting more than ninety (90) days, either party may terminate the affected order without liability.

Shipping is limited to the continental United States only. We use UPS and FedEx exclusively. We may refuse high-risk addresses.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of research chemicals, and safety and contamination risks, no returns or refunds are accepted (with the exception of verified manufacturing defects). No cancellations after payment. No exchanges.

Inspection Requirements

The Customer must:

• Provide photographic evidence and, where applicable and reasonably available, analytical data supporting the claim.

Limited Remedy

For verified manufacturing defects only, at our discretion we may issue a replacement with conforming product, or credit toward future purchase. Cash refunds are not available except as may be required by applicable law.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The Customer is solely responsible for reviewing all available product specifications, labels, warnings, certificates of analysis, safety data sheets, and other product documentation before opening, handling, storing, transferring, using, or disposing of any product. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining appropriate facilities, equipment, personal protective equipment, storage conditions, disposal procedures, and safety protocols for laboratory chemicals. We do not provide safety training, dosing information, administration instructions, medical guidance, veterinary guidance, or experimental protocols.

VB Peptides makes no representation regarding experimental outcomes, product performance in specific applications, or batch-to-batch consistency beyond stated specifications.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VB Peptides’ total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits or business interruption, or personal injury after title transfer. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product, order, Website use, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

SEVERABILITY
